ORDINANCE N0. 1521
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, VACATING THE ALLEY
LYING BETWEEN LOTS 10, 11, AND 12, AND THAT PART OF LOTS 1, 2,
AND 3, LYING WEST OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF U.S. HIGHWAY
N0. 75, ALL IN BLOCK 2, PRAIRIE PARK ADDITIQN TO THE CITY OF
BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA, RESERVING, HOWEVER, UNTO THE
CI'PY OF BLAIR A~J EASEMENT FOR ANY EXISTING UTILITIES IN SAID
ALLEY, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CON-
FLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN 'PHIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN
FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT OR®AINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITX
OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the alley lying between Lots 10, 11,
and 12, and that part of Lots 1, 2, and 3 lying West of the
Westerly Right of Way of U.S. Highway No. 75, all in Block 2,
Prairie Park Addition to the City of Blair, Washington County,
Nebraska, is hereby vacated and abandoned by the municipality,
reserving, however, unto the City of Blair an easement for any
existing utilities in said alley.
SECTYOtY 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full farce and
effect from. and following the passage and publication hereof as
required by law.

the vacating the alley going across our church property. This alley
runs North and South between Lots 1,2,3, and Lots 10,11,12 in Block
onlin the Prairie Park Addition of the City of Blair„ our property
This will enable us to develop our property for the proper
use of the Church, which will enclude building a Church Building and
to establish adequate parking areas,
Our property lies on the West Side of Highway 75 and between .
South Creek and Darrell Miller ~ and. ath~x prola.~~y ~swiae~~ tin the I~~xeth
of Butler Street all.the way back to lath Street.
