ORDINANCE NO. 1730
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, VACATING THAT PART
OF THE DEDICATED RIGHT OF WAY OF RIVER ROAD (OLD HIGHWAY 30)
LYING WEST OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF FOURTH STREET AND EAST
OF A LINE LYING 40 FEET NORTHWESTERLY FROM AND PARALLEL TO THE
_- -CENTER-LINE OF THE C&NW RAILROAD SPUR-LINE TD-THE CARGILL FACILi=
TY AS CONSTRUCTED IN 1994, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDI-
NANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The real estate described as that part of the
dedicated right of way of River Road (Old Highway 30) lying West
of the Westerly right of way of Fourth Street and East of a line
lying West of the Westerly right of way of Fourth Street and East
of a line lying 40 feet Northwesterly from and parallel to the
center line of the C&NW Railroad spur line to the Cargill facili-
ty as constructed in 1994 is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and following the passage and publication hereof as required
by law.
