This is a courtesy letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your
property located at the above address for one or more of the following code violations:
Enclosed you will find a copy of the codes for your reference. If this violation has
been taken care of, I would like to thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a
clean, neat and safe community.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been removed. If following the inspection it is
determined that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to abate the
violation within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice as per the attached code. If
an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City
Hall at (402) 426 -4191.

Joe Pilney lives at the address with his girlfriend. She said he bought the truck two weeks ago only to have the
engine start on fire. They are in the process of figuring out what to do with it. She said she would tell him as he
wasn't home yet from his job as a landscaper in Omaha (hence the sod). I advised that it needed to be moved
soon or it would be towed explaining parking regulations as well as registration requirements. She understood.
