RE: Temporary signs located along highway right of way on Washington Street.
Dear Sir or Madam,
It has been brought to our attention that you have placed two small signs at the above
location that does not comply with the City of Blair's Zoning Ordinance regarding signs.
Enclosed please find a copy of the sign regulations governing property in the A/CH
(Agricultural /Highway Zoning District). You will note the regulations do not provide for
temporary signs and Blair Municipal Code does not allow for these types of signs to be placed on
city /state right of way. Therefore, we ask that you please remove this sign no later than Friday,
October 5, 2007.
