2007-53RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 53 COUNCILMEMBER BIFFAR INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION: WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council may by Resolution from time to time as necessary set and establish fees for various applications, permits and licenses; and, WHEREAS, on September 26, 2006 by Resolution No. 2006 -41 a Permit, License and Application Fees was appended to the Municipal Code; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Permit, License and Application Fees appended to the Municipal Code which was adopted by Resolution No. 2006 -41 in reference to the Zoning Application Fees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, the following amendment below is hereby set and established to amend the Permit, License and Application Fees which is appended to the Municipal Code. Final Plat 1 to 10 Lots (Plus $5.00 per lot) 11 to 50 Lots (Plus $5.00 per lot) 50 + (Plus $5.00 per lot) Replat 1 to 10 Lots (Plus $5.00 per lot) 11 to 50 Lots (Plus $5.00 per lot) 50 + (Plus $5.00 per lot) BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the fees as specified and set forth herein shall become effective upon the adoption of this resolution as provided by law. COUNCILMEMBER ABBOTT MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BY ADOPTED AS READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER FANOELE. UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCILMEMBER STEWART, SCHEVE, SHOTWELL, FANOELE, ABBOTT, CHRISTIANSEN, WOLFF, AND BIFFAR VOTING "AYE" AND COUNCILMEMBER NONE VOTING "NAY ", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 14TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2007.
