On or about September 28, 2007, you received a courtesy letter notifying you
that a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To
date, the violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for Nuisances (Obstruction of tree limb on city right of way -near
sidewalk.)
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about October 15, 2007. If
the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued. If an extension is needed
for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426-
4191.
