Dear Mr. & Mrs. Johnson,
It has been brought to our attention that someone has parked a boat on the empty
lot located at the corner of Voss Drive and Cedar Circle. As the adjacent property owner,
we assume the boat is yours.
Please be aware this boat/trailer has an expired tag which is a violation of the
Municipal Code regarding junk accumulation. Enclosed is a copy of the code which states
any boat/trailer which is abandoned or unlicensed is a violation of Municipal Code.
If this boat/trailer is yours, it should be parked on your property and /or stored
offsite and also needs to be licensed with a current tag. If it is not yours, please let us
know and we will contact the lot owner and have it towed away.
If the boat is yours and this violation has been taken care of, we would like to
thank you for your efforts in helping to preserve a clean, neat and safe community.
Otherwise, please have the trailer licensed and the boat/trailer removed from the empty
lot by Monday, October 10, 2007. This property will be re- inspected for compliance
following that date.
Sincerely,
Enc
