WHEELER, CITY CLERK 4 ; 43 ORDINANCE NO. 2117 COUNCIL MEMBER STEWART INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE: AN ORDINANCE VACATING REAL ESTATE KNOWN AS OUT LOT ONE, PLEASANT VALLEY SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The described real estate known as Out Lot One, Pleasant Valley Subdivision, a subdivision located in the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, and further described on Exhibit "A' attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby vacated and the ownership of the same, pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. §16 -611, shall be retained by the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the passage and publication hereof as required by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of August, 2007.
