Dear Mr. Fegan:
On or about September 24, 2007, you received a courtesy letter notifying you
that a complaint had been filed regarding violation of city code on your property. To
date, the violation has not been corrected.
The violation is for Junk Accumulation and Trash Accumulation (Garbage and
Junk along fence in the alley).
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about October 8, 2007. If
the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued. If an extension is needed
for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426-
4191.

We have received a complaint regarding a collection of trash accumulation on the
above property (in the back of the property along the fence.)
Please be advised that all trash must be kept in an enclosed container with a lid
and removed on a regular basis. Enclosed is a copy of the Municipal Codes referencing
nuisances and trash containers. This is a violation of city code and we will re- inspect the
property on October 1, 2007 to determine if this violation has been corrected. If an
extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City
Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
We would appreciate your assistance in helping to keep this area free from debris.
