This is a formal letter to notify you that a complaint has been filed on your
property located at the above address for the following code violation(s):
Junk Accumulation-Unlicensed Vehicle up on possible Unlicensed Trailer.
According to the City Code, you must correct the violation within 5 days of the
receipt of this letter or a J100 citation will be issued.
We anticipate your property will be reinspected on or about September 17, 2007.
If the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued. If an extension is
needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402)
