Dear Mr. Lawton,
Several weeks ago, we discussed the camper you currently have parked partially
on city right of way. At that time, you were granted an extension to either move the
camper entirely onto your property or remove the camper completely.
City Staff did measure the 40' right of way on Wilber Street and confirmed that
your camper is partially still parked on city right of way.
Therefore, please remove the camper no later than Monday, September 10,2007
or a citation will be issued. You have had ample time to relocate this camper eliminating
the violation.

Dear Mr. Lawton,
It has been brought to our attention that there is a camper parked partially on City
right of way in the front of your property and has been there for an extended period of
time.
Please be aware this is a violation of the Municipal Code regarding parking.
Enclosed is a copy of the code stating it is unlawful for a vehicle to park on City right of
way for more than 48 hours (Section 5-411) without moving. This camper should be
parked on private property or stored off premise if parking it entirely on your property is
not feasible.
If this violation has been taken care of, we would like to thank you for your efforts
in helping to preserve a clean, neat and safe community. Otherwise, please remove the
camper by July 11,2007. Your property will be re-inspected for compliance.

prosecution pursuant to City of Blair Municipal Code Section 4 -602, which upon
conviction thereof will subject you to a fine of up to $200.00.
Please be advised this is a one -time courtesy. If you fail to properly maintain your
property, the City will hire the appropriate contractor to eliminate the violation and bill
