On Tuesday, August 21, 2007, I spoke with Melanie Kaeding
concerning a composting site. Melanie explained what her plans were, then I
went on to explain what is required in order to have a composting site.
After the discussion Melanie commented that she was going to
remove the composting site rather then trying to meet the requirements of
the City of Blair and the 2006 Property Maintenance Code.
