You are in violation for a nuisance of a dangerous tree on the above property.
According to City Code, you must correct the violation within 24 hours of the
receipt of this letter or a $100 citation will be issued.
If work is not started to remove this safety issue within 24 hours, the City will
contract to have the work done and you will be assessed for the cost.
We anticipate your property will be inspected on or about 4:00 p.m. on August
29, 2007. Again, if the violation has not been resolved, a citation will be issued.
