are the stipulations for a one-year extension of your permit:
1. following work must be completed by August 18, 2009
a. Roofing replaced on the north side of the house,
b. Siding replaced on the east side of the house (along 10111 Street).
c. All basement work finished, including raising the house, all block work and exterior siding work.
2, The yard must be maintained in good condition, mowed, with no junk (construction debris, piles of
rubble, etc,)
3. The permit extension fee is $100, plus a $200 deposit, which is currently required for all building
permits, The deposit will be refunded following a final inspection by August 18,2009. After this date,
the deposit will be forfeited.
This permit extension will cover all of this work (roofing, siding and basement), Additional work will require
additional permits, including any plumbing, electrical or mechanical (heating & Ale) work that may need to be
done.
If you will agree to this, Brenda Wheeler will put this information in a letter for both of us to sign, you can pay
the $300 and get started.

1 would start on the exterior issues. Probably the roof and then the siding.

Dear Mr. Klinger,
This is a courtesy notice informing you the City of Blair has received a complaint that
your property known as "1002 South Street - BC, Lot 10, EXC RR ROS Block 81" may be in
violation of the City's property maintenance code. The City enforces the 2003 International
Property Maintenance Code.
Our records indicate you obtained a building permit on March 5, 2004. However,
inactivity on this permit for more than 180 days will cause the permit to be voided thus resulting
in a violation of the property maintenance code.
In order for the Building Inspector to make a formal evaluation of the property, please
schedule an inspection by Friday, August 19, 2005. If violations are found, you will receive a
letter outlining the violations that need to be corrected and a deadline for having them corrected.
If no violations are found, the city will issue you a letter to that effect. '

AGREEMENT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: BC Lot 10 and part of vacated Street Exc RR ROW Block 81, Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska.
ADDRESS: 1002 South Street
This agreement is entered into on September 15, 2008 by and between Keith and Julie
Klinger, husband and wife hereinafter refened to as "Klingel'S" and the City of Blair, Nebraska,
hereinafter refened to as "City".
Whereas, the Klingel's were issued a building permit #10120 on March 5, 2004 and
granted an extension on August 18, 2006 for a basement under house with concrete block walls
(8') and floor with walkout to be used for storage, and
Whereas, building permit #10120 has expired and the Klingel's have not completed this
project, the Klingel's are requesting an extension until August 18.2009. and
Whereas, the Klingel's agree to the following stipulations for a one-year extension to their
permit:

The following work must be completed by August 18, 2009
a. Roofing replaced on the nOlih side of the house.
b. Siding replaced on the east side of the house (along 10th Street).
c. All basement work finished, including raising the house, all block work
and exterior siding work.
The yard must be maintained in good condition, mowed, with no junk
(construction debris, piles of rubble, etc.)
The permit extension fee is $100, plus a $200 deposit, which is cunently
required for all building permits. The deposit will be refunded following a final
inspection by August 18,2009. After this date, the deposit will be forfeited.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their
successors and assigns.
