1929R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA:
That the sum - t 5000.00 be loaned from Electric Light
Fund of the City of Blair to the-Refund District Paving Bond
Fund of said City, and that the City Treasurer of said City
be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to rake the nec-
essary transfers on his records to carry this resolution into
effect, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:, that the City Treasurer be directed
to pay back said sum of $ 5000.00 out, of said Refund District
Paving Bond ,Fund into said Electric Light Fund. whenever- suffic-
ient funds have been received into said Refund District Paving
Bond Fund from the payment of special assessments or general
tastes levied for the said fund.
