ORDINANCE NO. 1225 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 5-507 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF BLA:tR, NEBRASKA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT. . r' . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Section 5-507 of the Municipal Code of the City of Blair, Nebraska, regarding the operation of snowmobiles upon public lands owned by the municipality is hereby declared to be in conflict with other provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Blair and that Section 5-507 should be repealed. SECTION 2. Section 5-507 of the Municipal Code of the City of Blair is hereby repealed., :1"~' . .! . i . I 3707 SECTION 3.
