2012-05RESOLUTION NO. 2012- 05 BOARD MEMBER Johnson INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION: WHEREAS, The Nebraska Department of Roads acquired certain lands from the Blair Airport Authority in November 2006 by Warranty Deed, and WHEREAS, it was agreed upon by the Blair Airport Authority and the Nebraska Department of Roads that the acquisition was to include Blair Airport Authority owned land along the North line of County Road P-38, part of tax lot 37; WHEREAS, the land is necessary for the Nebraska Department of Roads to complete a highway improvement project; WHEREAS, the Blair Airport Authority, shall Quit Claim deed any interest to the land in accordance with the terms of the land acquisition finalized in November 2006; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Chairman and members of the Blair Airport Authority of Blair, Nebraska, that: 1. The Blair Airport Authority shall execute all necessary documents including the quitclaim deed attached hereto and marked as exhibit "A" to convey title to Blair Airport Authority property for highway purposes to the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads.
