RE: Hollow Road Acquisition
Dear Alexander and Jason,
We have been informed by Tom Lund that he has reached out to you several times regarding the
acquisition of the right of way along Hollow Road. He has indicated that you have been
unresponsive to his requests for negotiations.
The city has acquired all the necessary right of way along Hollow Road from other property owners
and is in the process of filing deeds to transfer ownership of this right of way to the city. Since we
have been unable to reach any type of negotiations with you, the city will consider your property
as a private storm water management section. Should the city, in the future, make improvements
to the storm water way along Hollow Road, you will be required to also improve your section of
the water way and pay for these improvements at your own expense as per Section 9-705 of the
City of Blair Municipal Code (see attached).
If you would like to discuss this matter further and consider possible negotiations with the city to
