BOARDMEMBER JOHNSON INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING
RESOLUTION:
AIRPORT AUTHORITY FOR THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA THAT Washington
County Bank and Two Rivers State Bank are hereby designated as depositories for the
Airport Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Peggy J. Frahm, the Blair City Treasurer, is
hereby appointed as Treasurer for the Airport Authority and Brenda R. Taylor, Deputy
Blair City Treasurer is appointed as the Deputy Treasurer for the Airport Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Chairman of the Airport Authority
together with either the Airport Authority Treasurer or the Deputy Airport Authority
Treasurer are hereby authorized to sign checks, drafts or other withdrawal orders issued
against the funds of the Airport Authority on deposit with Washington County Bank and
Two Rivers State Bank, or for the investments of excess funds.
BOARDMEMBER JOHNSON MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION
BE ADOPTED AS READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY BOARD
MEMBER MEYER . UPON ROLL CALL, BOARDMEMBERS
COMBS, HAVEKOST, JOHNSON, MEYER AND VOTING "AYE", AND BOARD
MEMBERS VAN SLYKE NONE VOTING"NAY", THE CHAIRMAN
DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THIS
