He said other people on the project were getting more money per square foot. I informed Ed that some of the other properties on the project are smaller and they would get more per sq foot compared to larger parcels which Ed has. I said smaller parcels get more per sq. ft. than larger parcels. He said he did not agree with that theory. I asked him if he had a counter offer. He said he did. He would like $1.80 a sq. foot for both Tracts 12 and 13. That would make th counter offer be $36,851.40. 1 told him that I would present that to the City of Blair. He said he would appreciate that. I thanked for his time and left. 10/06/23 1 called Ed Burchardt and informed him that his counter offer of $36,851.40 was not accepted by the City of Blair. I told him I could send him a revised offer of $1.00 per slf on Tract 12 and $2.50 s/f on Tract 13. 1 also told him I would be adding landsape damages of $2,285.00, This would make the total revised offer to be $24,085.00. Mr. Burchardt said he would sign the revised ROW documents for this amount.
