Upon arrival at 1619 hours, Officers spoke to the owner of a small silver American bully dog named Mahomes. Mahomes owner was Identified as Penry, Kristal M (11/19/1978). Kristal advised her dog Mahomes had been on a leash in the back yard of her apartment. Another dog, that was being walked on a leash in the area, broke away from the person walking It and attacked Mahomes. Kristal was able to separate the dogs and it was determined that Mahomes did have some bite marks on his face. Kristal was able to call a veterinarian for medical treatment advice. Kristal did not wish to prosecute the owner of the dog who attacked Mahomes, she only wanted the owner and the other dog to stay away from her. Blair Officers spoke to the owner of the attacking dog. This dog is identified as grey and white bluenose dog named Lulu. The owner of LuLu is identified as Brandt, Theodore (03/1611960). Theodore advised he had let a buddy walk his dog LuLu. This buddy had momentarily lost control of LuLu's leash, as LuLu lunged away. LuLu ran and attacked the other restrained dog, Mahomes. This buddy of Theodore's is Identified as Dodge, Daniel (09/06/1960). 1 advised Theodore that Kristal did not wish any further action, she only wanted them to stay away from her apartment area. Theodore agreed to stay away. Both dogs reportedly had city licenses and were up to date on shots.
