Hello,
This email confirms that your organization’s account under FEMA Public Assistance Disaster 4521 – COVID-
19 in the State of Nebraska, has been closed. All eligible payments related to DR-4521 have been processed, all
administrative actions and required work has been completed, and all subawards have been closed by FEMA.
Attached, please find a letter from the Nebraska Emergency Management Agency (“NEMA”) to your
organization confirming account closeout and from FEMA to NEMA confirming your organization’s account
has been closed.
If you disagree with the closure of your organization’s account under DR-4521, your organization has 60 days
to submit an appeal under 44 C.F.R. 206.206. Please reply to this email and advise if you wish to appeal as soon
as possible.
If you agree that your organization’s account should be closed under DR-4521, then no action is required.
Please keep all pertinent copies related to your grants under DR-4521 for a minimum of three years from receipt
of the attached letters as required under 2 C.F.R. 200.334.
