have been processed, all administrative actions and all work required by the subaward(s) have been completed, and all
subaward(s) have been closed by FEMA.
The Nebraska Emergency Management Agency (“NEMA”) and FEMA have closed City of Blair’s DR-4521 account. Please
be advised that all projects are subject to federal audit by the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General.
The subrecipient must maintain copies of all pertinent copies related to the grant for a minimum of three years from receipt
of this letter as stated in 2 CFR § 200.334.
