COUNCIMEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Number 2023-4, the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Blair, Nebraska, adopted the Year 2023 One- and Six -Year plan for the construction and
maintenance and repair of the streets of the City of Blair, Nebraska,
WHEREAS, certain amendments have been made to said One and Six Year Plan
necessitating and amendment to such Plan,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, that the
Year 2023 One- and Six -Year plan for the construction and maintenance and repair of the streets
of the City of Blair, Nebraska, as prepared by the City Street Superintendent and dated February
14, 2023, be hereby is amended to add the resurfacing of the following streets,
• 91h Street from Highway 30 to Grant Street
® 4th Street from Grant Street to Blair Animal Shelter
® Blair Street from Marina Drive to 600 feet west
• Blaine Street from River Road to River View Drive
• Wright Street from 20th to 23rd Streets
® 23rd Street from South Street to Elm Drive
® 23rd Street from Washington to Lincoln Streets
® Nebraska Street from 23rd to 24th Streets
• Nebraska Street from 1 Oth to 14th Streets
® Nebraska Street from 161h to 181h Streets
• State Street from 171h to 18th Streets and 181h Street from State to Nebraska Streets
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amendments to said One- and Six -Year Plan be filed with
the Department of Transportation, State of Nebraska.
COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS READ,
WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER SCHANK. UPON
ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS FERRARI, HAFER, PAULSEN, SANDVOLD,
SCHANK, WOLFF AND WILLIS VOTING "AYE" AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE
VOTING `NAY", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED
AND APPROVED THIS 14TH DAY OF MARCH, 2023.
