The NPDES permit NE0113913 (NDEE ID 46929) for the Blair PWTP has been extended
beyond the expiration date of September 30, 2023, according to Title 119 -Rules and
Regulations Pertaining to the Issuance of Permits Under the National Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System, Chapter 24.
Until further notice from the Department, the permit shall remain fully effective and enforceable.
Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) shall continue to be submitted as required. To request
additional DMRs or for information about electronic reporting using the EPA NetDMR tool,
contact the NPDES Compliance Section at ndee.netdmr@nebraska.gov or 402-471-4370.
