COUNCIL MEMBER HAFER INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF BLAIR ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE 11,
SECTION 1116 SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENTIAL
CONDOMINIUMS, REMOVING NUMBER 3 UNDER SECTION 1116.03 OTHER
APPLICABLE PROVISIONS REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT AND
PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO BE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1 That Article 11, Section 1116.03 Other Applicable Provisions of the Blair
Zoning Regulations of Blair, Nebraska is hereby amended as follows, to wit:
1116.03 OTHER APPLICABLE PROVISIONS:
1. A minimum of two (2) off-street parking spaces per dwelling unit shall be located on the same
lot.
2. Any dwelling with a zero -side yard or rear yard shall have no openings on that side abutting
the lot lines unless that side abuts common ground.
SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
