COUNCIL MEMBER SCHANK INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF BLAIR ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 805.04 EXCEPTIONS BY ADDING GARAGE, REPAIRS REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO BE
PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1 That Article 8, Section 805.04 Exceptions of the Blair Zoning Regulations of
Blair, Nebraska is hereby amended as follows, to wit:
(7) Garage, Repair. Except there shall be no sales of cold drinks, packaged foods, tobacco and
similar convenience goods typically sold at automobile service stations unless sold through
vending machines.
SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
