COUNCIL MEMBER SCHANK INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
REPEALING ORDINANCE 2495 THAT CREATED PAVING DISTRICT NO. 205 — ELK
RIDGE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
DESCRIBING SAID STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND IMPROVEMENTS TO BE
CONSTRUCTED THEREIN, WHICH DISTRICT LEGAL DESCRIPTION HAS BEEN
REPLATTED AND A NEW LEGAL DESCRIPTION DEVELOPED MAKING ORDINANCE
2495 NULL AND VOID; PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL
FORCE AND EFFECT AND ORDERING PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE IN
PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1. Paving District No. 205 was created by Ordinance 2495 on January 10,
2023 for Elk Ridge Subdivision. This subdivision was replated with a new legal description on
April ll, 2023, requiring Ordinance 2495 to be repealed to allow for the creation of Paving
District No. 205 under Ordinance 2502 with a new legal description.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be known as Ordinance No. 2500 and shall be in
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
