COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REZONING OUTSKERTS SUBDIVISION, LOTS 1, 2 AND 3, BEING A
PLATTING OF TAX LOT 49, LYING IN PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER OS SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF
THE 6TH P.M., WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA FROM AGG - GENERAL
AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO RRE - RURAL RESIDENTIAL ESTATES; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND
ORDERING THE ORDINANCE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended to change the
zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska from AGG - General
Agricultural District to RRE-Rural Residential Medium Density.
SECTION 2. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair that
the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as established
hereby.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
