RESOLUTION 2022-43
COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
SIGNING OF CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AGREEMENT — BK2275
Whereas: City of Blair is developing a transportation project for which it intends to obtain
Federal funds: and
Whereas: City of Blair as a sub -recipient of Federal -Aid funding is charged with the
responsibility of expending said funds in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws, rules,
regulations, policies, and guidelines applicable to the funding of the Federal -Aid project; and
Whereas: City of Blair and JEO Consulting Group, Inc. wish to enter into a Professional
Services Agreement to provide Construction Engineering Services for the Federal -Aid project.
Be It Resolved: by the City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska that:
Melinda Rump, Mayor of the City of Blair, Nebraska is hereby authorized to sign the attached
Construction Engineering Services agreement between City of Blair, Nebraska and JEO
Consulting Group, Inc.

COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE. ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER PAULSEN.
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS FERRARI, HAFER, HIGHFIIL, PAULSEN,
WOLFF, AND WILLIS VOTING "AYE", AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE VOTING
"NAY", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND
ADOPTED THIS 13TH DAY OF DECEMBER 2022.
