The last of Blulr's band concerts
was rendered last evenSnK at the
Blair swimming pool.The entire
senson's programs have been ex-ceptionally well received by the
public and great crowds of mum:
lovers have gathered to llsfen to
them.Coupled with Blnlr'a won-derful swimming pool and its fine
lighting effects it has made for
the public a night of pleasure each
week.Profenor l L C.DeGrof!de~
serves much credit for the resultshe has attained with the band amd
the Blalr singers who have unlab-

second to tie the count, when threehits, and a mixture of freeticknts
let them lond the bases twice. The
count was again in favor of
Hooper in the thlrd,when two
more runs were added.A six run
rally in the next frame put the
Blair team ahead for the rest of
the fray,although several at-
tempts were made to overcome the
heavy lead.A three point margin
was the best that could be estab-
lished.
The riot of killings, when three
Hooper men were called out at one
swipe was in the seventh.Schem-
mel, I-Iavekost and I-Ingerbaumer
werq on the three bases,their
tickets bc-.lug a wnlk, hit, and an

when he lined one out to Foxy

Natural Gas
S/\v|Nes
are PERMANENT B
Savings made possible by introduction of natural gas into Blair
gre here to stay,They arc pcnnancnt. And, naturally so.
Natural gas is'almost twice as hot as old gas. This means less
gas is used.Rates are lower. They cannot be raised without
consent of your city council. The $4,500.00 annual savings
to Blair gas users is based upon amount of gas formerly con-
sumed. As more gas is used saving will grow proportionately.
