2022-16RESOLUTION NO. 2022-16
COUNCILMEMBER SHEPARD INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2022-13 was considered by the Board of Equalization to levy
special assessments for improvements made in Paving District No. 203, Water Extension District
No. 58 and Sanitary Sewer Extension No. 80 all in Northern View Phase II Subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, it was determined after the adoption of Resolution No. 2022-13 that the legal
descriptions for the lots to be assessed were incorrect,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2022-13 is repealed and a
new hearing by the Board of Equalization will be held on April 26, 2022 to assess the correct lots
that were benefitted by Paving District No. 203, Water Extension District No. 58 and Sanitary
Sewer Extension No. 80 all in Northern View Phase II Subdivision.
COUNCIL MEMBER SHEPARD MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER SCHANK
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS VOTING "AYE" SCHANK, HALL, WOLFF,
WILLIS, RUMP, STEWART, HAFER AND SHEPARD. COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE
VOTING "NAY", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED
AND ADOPTED THIS 12Th DAY OF APRIL 2022.
