2022-18RESOLUTION NO. 2022-18
COUNCILMEMBER STEWART INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1992-19 prohibits parking on the east side of 27th Street
between College Drive and Hansen Drive; and,
WHEREAS, 27th Street currently has no parking signs on the west side of the street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1992-19 be repealed and
establish "No Parking" on the west side of 27th Street and allow parking on the east side of 27th
Street all between College Drive and Hansen Drive.
COUNCIL MEMBER STEWART MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER SHEPARD.
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS SCHANK, HALL, WOLFF, WILLIS, RUMP,
STEWART, SHEPARD AND HAFER VOTING "AYE", AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE
VOTING "NAY", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED
AND APPROVED THIS 12TH DAY OF APRIL 2022.
