A copy of the "Open Meeting Act" is posted.
Meeting called to order by Chairman Carl Lorenzen.
This meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Nebraska Open Meeting Act.
Committee members present: Carl Lorenzen, Mark Hodson, Rod Storm, Peggy Frahm
1) Craig Heuton from Edward Jones was present to discuss changes to the investments.
He will be switching the funds from R Share Mutual Funds to A Share Mutual Funds
which will mean a lower fee on new contributions and lower annual operating costs
and provide level compensation.
2) Motion by Rod, second by Carl to move from R Share Mutual Funds to A Share Mutual
Funds. All members present voting aye.
Motion by Mark, second by Rod to adjourned at 11:50 am.
