RESOLUTION 2022 - 2
COUNCIL MEMBER SCHANK INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the City of Blair owns certain real estate, and the City desires to donate
Lot 48, Southern Hills Subdivision, Blair City, Washington County to be dedicated to the
public for use as a city park.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council deem it to be in the public interest to
accept such dedication of real estate and hereby dedicate it to the public as a city park.
RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and City Council do hereby accept the dedication
of Lot 48, Southern Hills Subdivision, Blair City, Washington County as a city park.
COUNCIL MEMBER ANDREW SCHANK MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE
ADOPTED AS READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL
MEMBER MINDY RUMP. UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS SHEPARD,
STEWART, RUMP, WILLIS, WOLFF, HALL, SCHANK AND JENSEN VOTING
"AYE", AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE VOTING "NAY", THE MAYOR
DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS I ITH
DAY OF JANUARY, 2022.
