COUNCIL MEMBER HALL INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF BLAIR ZONING ORDINANCE ARTICLE 7,
SECTION 705.10 MAXIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS FOR STRUCTURES REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FORCE AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR THIS ORDINANCE TO BE
PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1 That Article 7, Section 705.10 MAXIMUM HEIGHT of the Blair Zoning
Regulations of Blair, Nebraska is hereby amended as follows, to wit:
705.10 MAXIMUM HEIGHT: The height of all structures shall not exceed thirty-five (35) feet
for the main structure, except multi -family dwellings shall not exceed sixty (60) feet. The size
limitations for accessory structures shall be subject to the provisions of SECTION 1103 and
SECTION 1105 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Blair, Nebraska.
SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
