lived when he felt like being alone
but had recently taken to sleeping at

found him sleeping peacefully the
long lost sleep.The deceased vru born Mor. 3 1849
at Michigan City Michigan and edu
cated at Valparieo College ValparisoIndianawhen:he woe one of the fuat
students.
He was rnnrricd Del.13 1873 to
Eleanor Marg Shnnner at Plainview
Ill.He then moved to Shipman lil.
and when twentyfour years old waselectedpolicemagistrate.Later he
moved to Nebraska ard published a

burg Nobf..wlliore he also served aspostmasterin1890.Hero his wife
nod helpmute passed away Hee.1903.
In 2908 her hofly was brought to Blair
and interment was made ln the Blair
cemetery whore the husband will be
laid to rent beside her.
Mr.Cross came to Blair in 1909
