This Agreement made this 14 day of d ( 6�e- C , 2021 by and between the City of Blair,
Nebraska, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor" and Black Hills
Nebraska Gas, LLC, D/B/A Black Hills Energy, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
In consideration of One Dollar and other mutual covenants contained herein the Grantor does
hereby grant to the Grantee a right of way easement on the following described real estate:
The east 10 feet of Lots 1 through 7 of the South 10th Street Plat.
This easement is for the sole purpose of constructing a natural gas main for seervice to. the area.
This grant of easement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit
of the parties hereto, their heirs, successors and assigns, and shall be perpetual in nature.
