2021-4RESOLUTION SETTING THE PROPERTY TAX REQUEST
RESOLUTION NO. 2021- 4
BOARD MEMBER JOHNSON INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, Nebraska Revised Statute 77-3443 (3) requires all political subdivisions subject to
city levy authority to submit a preliminary request for levy allocation to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Blair City Council is the levy authority for the Blair Airport Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following is said Blair Airport Authority tax
request for budget year 2021-2022:
FUND TAX REQUEST General Fund -0-
Sinking Fund -0-
Debt Service Fund $232,986.36
TOTAL $232,986.36 -0-
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Board has Bond and Debt payments for $232,986.36
dollars and is included in the above tax request as allowed by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the total property tax allocations for the Blair Airport
Authority is $232,886.36 for payment of Bonded Indebtedness.
BOARD MEMBER GENGENBACH MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED,
WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY BOARD MEMBER RUMP. UPON ROLL
CALL BOARD MEMBERS RUMP, GENGENBACH, COMBS, JOHNSON AND HUNT
VOTING "AYE", AND BOARD MEMBERS NONE VOTING "NAY." CHAIRMAN COMBS
DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17TH DAY
OF AUGUST 2021.
