COUNCIL MEMBER HALL INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2356 REGARDING LOTS 13, t5,18 and
20 AND AUTHORIZING THE PUBLICATION FOR SALE OF LOTS 13, 15, 18 AND 20 IN
SOUTHERN RIDGE ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BLAIR, AS SURVEYED,
PLATTED AND RECORDED IN WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA; PROVIDING FOR
NOTICE OF SUCH SALE TO BE PUBLISHED FOR THREE (3) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PASSAGE OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO BE
REPEALED AND PROVIDING THAT SAID ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE
AND EFFECT FOLLOWING PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION AS REQUIRED BY LAW
AND ORDERING THE ORDINANCE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1. The City of Blair and Huntington Homes, hereby mutually revoke their
Purchase Agreement dated April 4, 2018, and therefore, the City of Blair is hereby authorized to
advertise and receive proposals for the sale of Lots 13, 15, 18 and 20 in Southern Ridge Addition,
an addition to the City of Blair.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed. Ordinance No. 2356 is repealed only as to Lots 13, 15, 18 and 20.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
