COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2430 PASSED ON FEBRUARY 23, 2021
AND PUBLISHED ON FEBRUARY 26, 2021 REGARDING A CHANGE IN THE DISTRICT
NUMBER FOR THE CREATION OF SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION DISTRICT -10TH
STREET EXTENSION FROM "77" TO "79"; PROVIDING FOR ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH TO BE REPEALED AND
PROVIDING THAT SAID ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT
FOLLOWING PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND ORDERING
THE ORDINANCE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2430 creating the Sanitary Sewer Extension District -10th
Street Extension was inadvertently passed and published with the incorrect district number 77.
SECTION 2. This ordinance will correct the district number to 79 and change any
reference in the ordinance from 77 to 79. All other aspects of the ordinance were correct when
passed and published in February 2021.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
