ORDINANCE NO. 2447
COUNCIL MEMBER ______ INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF BLAIR ZONING REGULATIONS, ARTICLE
8, SECTION 805.4 EXCEPTIONS TO ADD STORAGE UNITS, MINI TO THE LIST OF
EXCEPTED USES IN OPD (OFFICE PARK DISTRICT); REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN
FORCE AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE IN
PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
SECTION 1 That Article 8, Section 805.4 EXCEPTIONS: After the provisions of this
Ordinance relating to exceptions have been fulfilled, the City Council may permit the following
conditional uses as exceptions in the OPD Office Park District and is hereby amended as follows,
to wit:
805.04. EXCEPTIONS: After the provisions of this Ordinance relating to exceptions have been
fulfilled, the City Council may permit the following conditional uses as exceptions in the OP
District in accordance with ARTICLE 14 of this Ordinance:
(1) Apartments or living quarters when located within an office building.
(2) Construction offices where all equipment and materials are stored inside a permanent
structure.
(3) Contractor yards.
(4) Restaurants, either within an office building or in a stand alone building.
(5) Public utility structures, services, and facilities.
(6) Miniature golf courses, recreational facilities.
(7) Other uses which are similar to the permitted principal uses and which are in harmony
with the intent of this district.
(8) Storage Units, Mini.
SECTION 3 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law and providing for publication of this ordinance
in pamphlet form.
