CLASSES, OF NATURAL GAS SERVICE .AND MAXIMUM RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR NATURAL GAS
SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA.
BE IN ORDAINED, by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska:
Section I -Classification
Tha.~ all persons" firms or corporations supplying nat1iU'al gaß to the City
of Blair, Nebraska and the inhabitants thereof, shall provide two classes of
service to its customers as hereinatter specified and defined:
1. Firm Gas Service
Firm gas service is defined as. gas service that ,is supplied on a non-
interruptible basis. Firm gas service shll be made available to all
domestic and commercial customers whose maximum requirements are less than
lO~~ cubic feet per hour.
2.
InterrU:Dt.1ble Gas Service
Interruptible gas service is defined a$ gas service, that is supplied
on an interruptible bases. It shall be subject to curtailment or
interruption on demand of the gas service company whenever necessary
. to protect the service of its firm gas customers.
Section II - Maximum Rates
That no person, firm or corporation supplying natural gas to the City of
Blair,' Nebraska and the inhabitants thereof, $hal1, after the' effective date
of this ordinance, charge more for such natural gas service than the following
maximum rates: '

of this ordinance are hereby. repealed.
