ORDINANCE NO. 2426
COUNCIL MEMBER SCHANK INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE VACATING REAL ESTATE KNOWN AS OUTLOT (B), TYSON'S
SKYLINE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY,
NEBRASKA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN
FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF THIS
ORDINANCE IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The described real estate known as Outlot B, Tyson's Skyline, an addition
located in the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, (See Exhibit 'A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference) is hereby vacated and the ownership of the same, pursuant to Neb.
Rev. Stat. § 16-611, shall be retained by the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the passage
and publication hereof as required by law.
