2003-19RESOLUTION 2003-19
`BE IT RESOLVED by the Members of the Airport Authority of the City of Blair, Nebraska (the
"Authority") as follows:
Section 1. The Members of the Authority hereby find and determine that it is necessary and advisable that
the Authority's outstanding Airport Authority Bond Anticipation Note (Draw -Down Grant Anticipation Loan),
Series 2003B, Dated September 30, 2003, in the principal amount (maximum amount drawable) of $3,500,000 (the
"Series 2003B Note") in accordance with its option provisions, be called for payment on November 25, 2003 (the
"Redemption Date"); and that said Series 2003B Note hereby is called for redemption on the Redemption Date, after
which date interest on the Bonds will cease:
Section 2. Said Series 2003B Bond is to be paid at the office of the Authority's Treasurer, being the office
of the Paying Agent and Registrar for said Series 2003B Note, in Blair, Nebraska
Section 3. A true copy of this Resolution shall be filed immediately with such Paying Agent and Registrar
and the Paying Agent and Registrar is hereby irrevocably instructed to take appropriate action to provide written
notice to registered owners prior to the Redemption Date.
