BOARD MEMBER LOREN HAVEKOST INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, a Notice of Public Hearing together with a summary of the proposed Budget
Statement of the Airport Authority of the City of Blair for the fiscal year beginning October 1,
2014 and ending September 30, 2015 was published in the Enterprise Publishing, the official
newspaper of the Airport Authority, on August 8, 2014; and
WHEREAS, said budget statement was prepared on the appropriate budget forms
provided by the State of Nebraska and were duly filed with the Secretary of the Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CHAIRMAN and members of the
Airport Authority of the City of Blair, Nebraska:
1. That after complying with all procedures required by law, the budget presented
and set forth in the Budget Statement is hereby approved for the fiscal year
beginning October 1, 2014 and ending September 30, 2015. All sums of money
contained in the budget statement are hereby appropriated for the necessary
expenses and liabilities of the Airport Authority of the City of Blair. A copy of
the budget documents shall be forwarded, as provided by law, to the Auditor of
Public Accounts, State Capitol, Lincoln, Nebraska, and to the City of Blair,
Nebraska, for use by the levying authority.
2. That the Authority hereby certifies to the Mayor and City Council of the City of
Blair, Nebraska, that $166,515.00 is the amount of tax to be levied for airport
purposes, which the authority requires under its adopted budget statement to be
received from taxation.
BOARD MEMBER DR. D. JOHNSON MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED,
WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY BOARD MEMBER DON WOODHULL.
UPON ROLL CALL BOARD MEMBERS COMBS, HAVEKOST, DR. D. JOHNSON AND D.
WOODHULLVOTING "AYE", AND BOARDMEMBERS NONEVOTING "NAY. BOARD
MEMBER MEYER WAS ABSENT. CHAIRMAN DECLARED THE FOREGOING
RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2014.

Loren Havekost, hereby certifies that he is the duly elected, qualified and acting Secretary of the
Airport Authority of the City of Blair, Nebraska, and that the above and foregoing Resolution
