COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REZONING SOUTHERN HILLS SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE PART
OF TAX LOTS 2, 19, 25 AND ALL OF TAX LOT 26 IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF
SECTION 22, ALL IN TOWHSIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M.,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA FROM AGG — GENERAL AGRICULTURAL
DISTRICT AND RM — RESIDENTIAL MEDUIM DENSITY TO RML — MULTI -FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND ORDERING THE ORDINANCE
PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to change
the zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska from AGG - General
Agricultural District and RM — Residential Medium Density to RML — Multi -Family Residential
Medium Density — Southern Hills Subdivision.
SECTION 2. That the real estate hereinafter described be, and the same is hereby rezoned:
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN PART OF TAX LOTS 2 AND 25 IN THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER OF SECTION 22, ALL IN TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE
6TH P.M., WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER

CONTAINING 2.88 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, 0.11 ACRES OF WHICH BEING
COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
AND ALL OF TAX LOT 26 IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 22, ALL IN
TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., WASHINGTON COUNTY,
NEBRASKA.
SECTION 3. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair
that the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as
established hereby.
SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
