2416ORDINANCE NO. 2416 COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE: AN ORDINANCE REZONING SOUTHERN HILLS SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE PART OF TAX LOTS 2, 19, 25 AND ALL OF TAX LOT 26 IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 22, ALL IN TOWHSIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA FROM AGG — GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT AND RM — RESIDENTIAL MEDUIM DENSITY TO RML — MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND ORDERING THE ORDINANCE PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA. SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to change the zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska from AGG - General Agricultural District and RM — Residential Medium Density to RML — Multi -Family Residential Medium Density — Southern Hills Subdivision. SECTION 2.
