Please find an enclosed copy of the lot card for the Charles Nelson lot. The lot containing
twelve (12) grave spaces is legally owned by Charles Nelson, unless it was transferred as
part of his estate after his passing. If the lot was not transferred, it would need to be
transferred by "Quit Title", which means all of the heirs would need to sign off on the lot.
(This would need to be done by a lawyer.)
The City of Blair would not be able to purchase this lot from you as we would not be able to
verify a clean chain of title for this lot.
At this time, the lot contains five (5) burials and seven (7) empty grave spaces.
