I would like to know what is required to have permission to be buried on a lot that belongs to my fam���

As I understand the history, the lot was one of many purchase in the early 1900's bySorgnJ risen, my great
grandfather. One of those lots was given given to my GrandfatherAndrew G. Jensen.. His wife, Anna was- 4 -IF S4/ e j�
the first to be placed in May 1934, My Grandfather was the second, in April 1948. Since there were only
two children from that union, Harland C. my Father, and Raymond, his brother, both are on that lot along
with my - ther, Eleanor and myAunt;Leol My Grandparents as well asRay and and Leola are on the
�r 2 front of the lot and on the back side are my gents. There remains two place n the inside nest to my

Since there no children from Raymond and Leola, and of the five children from Irland and Eleanor, only
three survive as of now. Of the three, my sister Ann Geneve Jensen Lewis as well as myselfi have no need ' e

for the remaining places. My younger brother H.Charles Jensen, age 81 is in poor health and I think he
may want to use the last two places for himself and his wife, Ann.
What,documents are necessary for him to claim his rights to the lot? I am living in Scottsdale Arizona anc
