NELSON ATTORNEY AT LAW 1645 FRONT STREET BLAIR, NEBRASKA 68008 (402) 426-5123 July 23, 1991 Mr. and Mrs. Gene Megrue 2423 Fontenelle Boulevard Blair, Nebraska 68008 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Megrue: This letter is to confirm our conversations with regard to the grave spaces for Simon and Virginia Korshoi. Those grave spaces have always been cared for privately and the City has not taken care of the graves because of the additional maintenance required by them. It is the City's understanding the City is now being requested to care for the graves. The City is prepared to assume that obligation on the understanding the plantings and bushes will need to be removed and the City will do so on as is needed basis. In addition, it is the City's understanding enough of the granite curb will be removed so as to allow access to the City's mowing equipment. The City does not anticipate removing the remainder of the curb within the foreseeable future, however, we reserve the right to remove that curb as may be necessary for maintenance purposes. If this letter correctly sets forth our understanding and the terms are acceptable to you, I would appreciate your returning the extra copy with your signature for our records. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
